ACIA is focused on safeguarding and advancing the interests of Arkansas’s cannabis industry and protecting Arkansans’ access to medical cannabis. We advocate for a regulatory framework that encourages investment and innovation and protects public health and consumer safety.

ACIA works directly with state lawmakers and regulators to foster a robust cannabis industry that is able to meet the needs of Arkansas’s medical patients.

Grow PAC

Grow PAC is the political action committee for the Arkansas Cannabis Industry Association.

The purpose of Grow PAC is to provide financial support to political candidates who recognize the importance of Arkansas’s cannabis industry and the valuable contributions we make. Every dollar given to Grow PAC goes directly to candidates who will work to create and maintain a favorable political climate for the cannabis industry.

Relationships

Grow PAC provides ACIA members an opportunity to cultivate relationships with lawmakers to better advocate for and educate about the cannabis industry.

Advocacy

Grow PAC enhances ACIA’s profile and visibility at the State Capitol. It shows the cannabis industry to be politically active and engaged, ensuring we have a seat at the table.

Financial Strength

Grow PAC allows the industry to pool its funds providing greater impact than a single individual or company alone – helping elect candidates who support the cannabis industry.

Contribute Today

Grow PAC can accept a contribution or cumulative contributions up to $5,000 from any individual person or entity in any calendar year. While contributions of all sizes are appreciated, it is important to build a strong PAC. Cultivators are encouraged to contribute the maximum $5,000; dispensaries are encouraged to contribute $3,000; and ancillary members are encouraged to give according to ability.
