News coverage and footage from the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) public hearing on medical marijuana yesterday.
Robert Brech, Chief Financial Officer at the ADH, presided over the public hearing.
The hearing highlights:
- The Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) does not appear to be open to altering the proposed rules and regulations at this point in time
- The ADH will begin accepting patient applications for medical marijuana cards on June 1st, 2017
- The medical marijuana cards will not be mailed out to Arkansans until roughly 30 days before medical marijuana products are available in our state
