The Arkansas Medical Marijuana Commission (MMC) is meeting today to discuss the public comments from last Friday’s public hearing.

The Arkansas Medical Marijuana Commission will meet Wednesday, April 5, 2017, at 4:30 pm. This meeting will be held at the 1515 Building, 1515 W 7th St, Suite 503, Little Rock, AR 72201.
About the public hearing last Friday:
The main topics that we heard several times were:
- Diversity should be a part of the application process
- Dispensaries should be awarded on a merit-basis
- An 8″ definition for a mature plant is overly restrictive
There were a lot of speakers and a lot of topics brought up that weren’t under the purview of the MMC and ABC rules and regulations.
